Refund Policy

This page summarises when you can get a refund for a purchase from AlgoCheat. The full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the purchase date without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example by email) before the 14 days are over. We will refund the full payment within 14 days of receiving it, using the payment method you used for the purchase, at no cost to you.
Faulty downloads
If a file is broken, missing or does not match its description, email us with your order details and a description of the problem. We will reply within 14 days. We will fix or replace the product, or refund you if that isn't possible.
Didn't receive your download?
The download link is shown right after payment and emailed to you. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or have the download link sent again.
How refunds are paid
We pay refunds within 14 days, using the payment method you used for the purchase. You won't be charged any fees for a refund.
