Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 September 2026
These terms apply to purchases of digital products from AlgoCheat (algocheat.com, the "shop"). Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Seller
The shop is run by an individual trader based in Poland:
2. Products
We sell digital products (for example LUT files) that you download after payment. Each product page describes what the product contains, the file formats and the software it works with. Nothing is shipped physically.
3. Technical requirements
To buy and use a product you need a device with an up-to-date web browser, a working email address, and software that can open the product's files, as described on the product page.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product page. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are calculated at checkout based on your location, where they apply, and the checkout page shows the final amount before you pay.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
5. How the contract is made
The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. We then send an order confirmation to the email address you gave at checkout.
6. Delivery
The download link is shown on the confirmation page right after payment and is also sent to your email. If you lose it, you can have the download link sent again.
7. Licence
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own projects, including commercial ones. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files themselves, whether they are modified or not. The product remains our intellectual property.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the purchase date without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example by email) before the 14 days are over. We will refund the full payment within 14 days of receiving it, using the payment method you used for the purchase, at no cost to you.
9. Faulty downloads and complaints
We are responsible if the product does not match the contract, for example if a file is broken, missing or different from its description. If this happens, email us with your order details and a description of the problem. We will reply within 14 days. Depending on the case, we will fix or replace the product, or give you a partial or full refund. These statutory rights cannot be excluded and are not affected by these terms.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use the shop in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, or tries to get unauthorised access to it or its data.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.
12. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
If we cannot resolve a complaint together, a consumer can go to an out-of-court dispute resolution body. In Poland, these include the local consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) and the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). We will say whether we agree to take part in such a process.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that was in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
